These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on the Sivelora website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.


Payment

We accept secure online payment methods.

Your payment will only be captured once your order has been shipped.

All prices are shown in your local currency.


Shipping & delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time is 3–7 business days.

If a package is not collected or is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Returns & exchanges

After the 14-day withdrawal period, we offer 30-day exchanges.

Returned items must be sent back no later than 14 days after notifying us.

We do not accept returns sent without prior contact.


Return costs

All returns are subject to a €19.95 return label and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received at our warehouse.

Always keep your tracking number.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item or documentation of the return.

Refunds are made using the original payment method.


Condition of the product

You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.

The product must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Safely packed

If the product shows signs of use that reduce its resale value, a deduction may be made from the refund.

If the product has no resale value, no refund will be issued.


Claims – defective or damaged products

If your product is faulty or damaged, you are covered by a 24-month warranty under applicable consumer protection laws.
